HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking number will be provided for all orders via e-mail once the package is sent. You can track the status of your package here.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders received before 9am will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 9am will be shipped the following business day.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Average delivery time

Italy (Standard Shipping): 2-3 business days
Italy (Express Shipping): 1-2 business days
International Orders: 2-6 business days

International shipping depends completely on the customs of the country we are shipping to.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Shipping is free over €250.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be due when receiving an international order. We currently ship from Milan, Italy.
