Emerald Rings
Vintage emerald rings worn — ÂGÉE Milan
About this collection

Emeralds have never come off a production line, and old emeralds even less so. Colour shifts with origin and era (some lean cool and blue-green, others warm and mossy), and most carry their jardin, the fine internal garden of inclusions, openly: a signature, not a flaw. That is the quiet pleasure of a vintage emerald ring: the stone was chosen by someone, once, for exactly what it was, and no other stone will ever quite match it.

Each ring in this collection is one-of-a-kind, scouted by our founder and documented at our Milan showroom (hallmark, provenance, gemmological review) before it is listed. Art Déco settings suit emeralds particularly well: the era's appetite for clean geometry, platinum and calibré-cut stones frames green like little else in the history of vintage jewellery. If the period intrigues you, we have taken it apart properly in Art Déco, decoded.
