Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can, within 5 hours from the placement of the order.

Does my order require a signature?

Any package containing a jewel is insured and requires a signature upon delivery.

Where do you ship from?

Milan for Italian and International orders.

Do you ship to my country?

Can I pick my order at your store, LIL House?

Yes! Select 'Pick Up at LIL House' before check out. A notification for pickup will be forwarded as soon as the product is ready in the store.


What payment method do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay and Discovery Cards. You can also pay with PayPal, Wire Transfer and Satispay.

If you want to split the payment in 3 installments without paying any interest you can use Scalapay. The maximum amount accepted is 3000€.
