We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.agee.world. If you chose the wrong size or you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased,  you may return it for free within 14 days from arrival of the package and request store credit or a refund.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.agee.world. If you chose the wrong size or you don't like the jewel on you, you may send a request to return it within 14 days from arrival of the package and request store credit or a refund. We will require you to cover the shipping cost. See chart below.

If you want to return your order you’ll be in charge of the shipping. Unfortunately we are not able to send our courier to your country.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO NOW?

STEP 1: click here to make your request. 

STEP 2: print the pre-paid shipping label to return your purchase. 

STEP 3: package the item. Follow all the instructions provided, otherwise we won't be able to accept the return.

Credit

You can expect a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping within 30 days of receipt of your return in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
